Personal Training

Our personal training options allow One Stop Wellness to give you the direct attention that you need. Having the one-on-one time during our training sessions allows us to tailor your exercise programs specific to your needs and goals. We will use your initial assessment to determine how we can best help you succeed to meet your wellness and fitness goals by creating a program specific to you. One-on-one sessions are great for anyone who feels they need or desire focused attention to reach their specific goals, continuing their journey after physical therapy, have more severe limitations in their ranges of motion, or looking for a wholistic approach to better the way they move.

Posture and Movement Evaluation: On your first visit we will complete an evaluation on your body’s posture, movement and your nutrition. Using the Ortho-Kinetics system, our evaluations consist of assessing the posture of the body as well as an in depth look into the joints of the body and their range of motion to determine movement biases that will later be corrected through training.

Group Training

At One Stop Wellness, we start with a thorough assessment of your movement abilities and fitness level. This assessment allows us to more accurately recommend a group session that is a great fit for you. All of our group sessions are led by a qualified trainer to help instruct in proper form, give recommendations on weights and tensions, and to modify any movements to meet the individual’s specific needs. We have groups of many diverse levels that have been meeting for years at the same times and welcome newcomers. If you are a couple or have workout friends, we are also open to start a new group for you and your friends or family. To better serve our clients with the best attention and direction we aim to keep the group sizes between 2-5 people. Our group exercise classes are geared toward all aspects of wellness and exercise. Each day the goal is to move to the best of our ability and over time increase strength, flexibility, endurance of our muscles, joints and your cardiovascular system. To accomplish these goals, we use a wide variety of equipment, bands, straps, machines, cables, weights etc. Our groups are a great place to move the entire body and enjoy an encouraging community with your workout partners.

Nutritional Evaluation & Counseling

Reginald at One Stop Wellness meets with patients and clients to discuss protocols, make supplement recommendations, and discuss desired outcomes. With guidance patients make educated decisions about their health and see results their looking for. Both the movement and nutrition evaluations combined usually last an hour and a half to two hours. We allow for time to thoroughly get to know you and how your body works. Our goal is to learn more about your needs and collect thorough information to set you up for success. We strive to better serve our clients and add convenience by being your one stop shop for all your wellness goals.
